Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Leigh’s Boutique! We do not offer exchanges, however if needed, we do allow returns. Please read our return & refund policy before staring your return. 

GENERAL STORE POLICY | RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Leigh’s Boutique only allow for returns that will be refunded in the form of your original payment.
  • Discount codes can not be combined on orders. Any discount codes must be applied on your order at the time of purchase.  Discounts will not be applied after an order has been completed. If you experience a problem with a discount code, contact us before you place your order at leighsboutiquellc@yahoo.com. 
  • No cancellations on already placed orders.

RETURNS

You must initiate the return process within 10 calendar days of the merchandise being delivered. To do so, send an email with the below template to leighsboutiquellc@yahoo.com

We will respond to all emails within 24 hours.  Once your return is approved, you will have an additional 7 calendar days to ship your item(s) to us. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). Upon receiving said return item(s), they must be unworn, unwashed & free of any smoke or perfume. Items must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached. In the event any items are received that does not follow these requirements, your return/refund will not be granted.

Clearance/Sale Items Are Final Sale. Major Sales Are Also Final Sale. All Final Sale Items Will Not End In .99 As Regular Priced Items. They Will End In .00.

  •  We do not accept returns on gift cards.
  • Leigh's Boutique, LLC is not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY TIMEFRAME EXPECTATION WITH THE RETURN PROCESS.

REFUNDS

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. If accepted, you will received an email notifying you on the status of your return. If approved, shipping cost WILL NOT be refunded. Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return. 

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED or WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us within 10 calendar days of the item(s) being delivered if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
