Start A Return
To initiate a return, contact us at leighsboutiquelllc@yahoo.com and be sure to include your order number along with the reason for your return. We will respond acknowledging your request for a return and provide further instruction. We will not accept any returns without prior email notification and approval. If your package is sent to us without approval, we will not be responsible for sending your package back to you and your refund will not be accepted or granted.

- You must initiate the return process within 3 calendar days of the merchandise being delivered. Once the return is approved, you will have an additional 2 calendar days (excluding Sunday) to ship your item.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, free of any smoke or perfume. Items must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
- Sale Items that are permanently marked down are FINAL SALE. rices ending .50. All items ending .50 are FINAL SALE! Item(s) permanently marked down and are on clearance are FINAL SALE.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- We do not accept returns on gift cards.
- Leigh's Boutique, LLC is not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Again, please be sure to include your order number in the email when initiating your return.
- THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY TIMEFRAME EXPECTATION WITH THE RETURN PROCESS.
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
