Thank you for shopping with us at Leigh’s Boutique! We do not offer exchanges, however if needed, we do allow returns. Please read our return & refund policy before staring your return.

GENERAL STORE  POLICY  | RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Leigh’s Boutique only allows for returns that will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. Please review our full return policy by clicking here before making your purchase.
  • Discount codes can not be combined on orders. Any discount codes must be applied on your order at the time of purchase.  Discounts will not be applied after an order has been completed. If you experience a problem with a discount code, contact us before you place your order at leighsboutiquellc@yahoo.com. 
  • No cancellations on already placed orders.
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.

RETURNS


You must initiate the return process within 7 calendar days of the merchandise being delivered. To do so, send an email with the below template to leighsboutiquellc@yahoo.com

We will respond to any and all emails within 24 hours. Once your return is approved, you will have an additional 5 calendar days to ship your item(s) to us. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). Upon receiving said return items, they must be clearly unworn, unwashed, free of any smoke or perfume. Items must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached. In the event any items are received that does not follow these requirements, your return/refund will not be granted.

  • Clearance Items Are Final Sale.  Final Sale items also pertain to any of the following below: 

              Black Friday Deals, Mid Year Deals, End Of Summer Deals, End of Winter Deals, Fall/Winter Clearance, Spring/Summer Clearance. These items will not end in .99 as regular priced items. They will be shown as a whole number price.  

  • We do not accept returns on gift cards.
  • Leigh's Boutique, LLC is not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY TIMEFRAME EXPECTATION WITH THE RETURN PROCESS.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. If accepted, you will received an email notifying you on the status of your return. If approved, shipping cost will not be refunded. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 calendar days for us to process your return. Again, your refund will be via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code that will be emailed to you.

 

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED or WRONG ITEM RECEIVED


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 calendar days if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There will be no exceptions to this timeframe.
