• Orders placed will be shipped out in 2-3 business days. After shipping, please allow the allotted time selected at checkout. For international orders, please allow 15-20 business days for your order to arrive after it is shipped. If you have made a payment with an e-check through Paypal, your order will not ship until the payment has cleared.
  • Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at, or (800)275-8777.
  • If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and deliveries to the wrong address) MUST be handled  through the U.S. Postal Service.
